- en excluant des étrangers des allocations familiales qu'ils financent par leurs cotisations/contributions la loi rompt avec les principes de la sécurité sociale
- l'exclusion des prestations va coûter aux familles plusieurs centaines d'euros par mois et enfoncer des milliers d'enfants, vivant et scolarisés en France, dans la pauvreté.
L'impact précis et chiffré n'est pas encore connu car à notre connaissance, personne, à l’université ou dans les administrations, n’avait songé jusqu’ici à évaluer ex ante l’impact d’un tel tournant xénophobe de la politique sociale.
La loi ne doit pas s'appliquer.
